Mukul Gupta is a senior technology, cybersecurity, risk and compliance leader with 20 years of experience building and strengthening enterprise-wide governance, information security, and assurance programs. He currently leads strategic initiatives across cybersecurity, AI governance, technology risk, compliance, sustainability, and quality assurance in a global IT environment.

His areas of expertise include Cybersecurity & Information Security, AI Governance & AI Security, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, Privacy, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Third-Party Risk, Security Audits, and Enterprise Governance. He has worked closely with global customers and leadership teams to translate complex security and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable business controls.

Mukul is particularly focused on the evolving AI security and governance landscape — including GenAI risks, Shadow AI, AI threat modeling, MCP security, responsible AI, and the intersection of frameworks such as ISO 42001, ISO 27001, and emerging AI regulations. As an Advisory Board member, he brings a practical enterprise perspective on cyber resilience, AI adoption, governance, risk, and compliance, helping organizations navigate emerging technology risks while enabling responsible innovation.
